Mr. Nazrul is the Managing Director of Sipitang Forest Resources Sdn Bhd and Chairman of Maida Vale Sdn Bhd. He is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across sustainability, agriculture, forestry, energy, and corporate transformation.
Throughout his career, he has held several senior executive positions, including Group Chief Executive Officer of FGV Holdings Berhad and Chief Executive Officer of FELCRA Berhad, leading large-scale organizations through strategic transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Mr. Nazrul has extensive experience working with government-linked corporations and private sector organizations, driving governance, ESG, and long-term value creation. He is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland, Australia.
