Mr. Zuazua is the Group Chief Executive Officer of SISCO Holdings (Tadawul: 2190). He is a global
executive and board strategist with 25-years of experience bridging national-level strategy with
major capital allocation in ports, multimodal logistics and industrial infrastructure in Middle East,
Africa, the Americas, and Asia.
He has held various other senior executive and board roles. Until 2025, Mr. Zuazua served as Region
Chair for Middle East & Africa at Kearney, where he led a multi-sector business was a member of
the firm's Global Executive Leadership Team, overseeing strategy, operations, and growth across a
diverse portfolio.
He is deeply familiar with the MEAT region, having worked extensively at a senior level with
governments, sovereign wealth funds, public-private-partnerships, and leading operators on large-
scale transformation, governance, and investment decisions and oversight across geographies.
